Welcome to your Counselor–Camper Interaction Training Course.

In this training, you’ll learn how to create positive, effective interactions with every camper you meet. We’ll cover key topics such as separation anxiety, perceived disrespect, challenges with following directions, and supporting neurodivergent campers. Each section is designed to give you practical tools you can use right away to build trust, reduce conflict, and help every child feel safe and successful at camp.

Quiz #1

In this second training video, we dive into the ins and outs of our Parent Tot class—covering everything from class structure and coaching tips to how we create a fun, safe, and confidence-building experience for our youngest athletes and their grown-up partners.

Quiz #2

Our third training video focuses on the green class. At this stage, kiddos take class independently—without a grown-up by their side. We’ll cover how the class is structured, what skills we focus on, and how coaches can keep things fun, safe, and engaging while helping little athletes build confidence and independence.

Quiz # 3

Video #4 discusses our yellow class. This class is designed for older preschoolers who are ready for more focus and structure. Children follow multi-step obstacle courses, refine gymnastics skills, and build coordination and confidence in an independent class setting.
