FREQUENTLY ASKED PARTY QUESTIONS
How many children can we accommodate?
Party rooms can sit p to 30 children! More guests are welcome to play out in the gym free of charge but we can not provide extra chairs/tables in the party rooms.
Can siblings attend the party? What if we go over the 30 limit when siblings are included?
Yes, siblings can attend. However, only 30 children can be seated in the party room.
What size are the cake tables and are they covered?
They are covered with a black tablecloth. Party Room A & B - table is 6ft. Party Room C & D -table is 8ft.
What size are the children's tables?
Two tables are about 4ft long and the other two tables are about 5ft long.
Can we have pizza/or other food delivered?
Yes! If food is delivered to Metroplex, make sure the party name is on the order so the front desk staff can take it to the correct room. The only item not permitted in the gym is alcohol.
What time can we arrive?
Families hosting are allowed to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party.
What does Metroplex provide for the party?
A party host and party favor bags. Everything else, including decor, cake, utensils, food, drinks, etc is the family's responsibility!
What is inside the party bag?
Contents are subject to change upon availability. However, the bag contains promotional items. It contains a water bottle sticker, coloring sheet, and tattoos. Hosts can combine party bags or add to our party bag, if they would like.
Can we extend time beyond the hour and a half?
No, it's impossible due to how our parties are structured throughout the day. You could add time on to the last party of the day. However, that requires management approval.
Can I register for my party over the phone?
No, all parties are booked online.
Can we hang decorations on the wall?
Yes, with sticky tack or tape that does not damage the wall.
Can we change or move to a different party room?
We cannot move or switch a party room upon arrival due to how our parties are organized and scheduled throughout the day.
Can adults accompany their children onto the gym floor?
Parents are welcome in the gym, but they must stay off the equipment. No one 18 or older is allowed on the equipment, no exceptions.
How does tipping work?
Tips are appreciated and shared amongst all employees that work during the party! If a family would like to give a tip to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our staff, they have the option to do so either through cash or Venmo. https://venmo.com/u/Bry an-Streeter

How is the birthday party structured?
The guests will begin the party in the front gym for 30 minutes. Then, they will proceed to the back gym for 30 minutes with our instructors in a safe and structured environment! The final 30 minutes will be spent in the party room!
